Hi, I’m Kevin Phillips, creator of the Build Them Up® framework.

For years, I’ve worked with leaders and organizations that were chasing results but struggling with people. I’ve been one of them myself. Along the way, I’ve learned something powerful: You don’t have to tear people down to get results — in fact, the best results only come when you build people up.

That’s why I created Build Them Up®. It’s a leadership framework built on a simple truth: Leadership is all about the people. Build Them Up helps leaders inspire engagement, tap into the real potential of their teams, and win lasting commitment — all while creating a culture where people thrive.
